Registration for the 2017 Annual Conference is now available.

Registration Includes 
Full conference registration includes access to all events at the meeting (Welcome reception, continental breakfasts, evening social, Thursday night reception and the banquet), with the exception of the Post Graduate Course.  That requires separate registration.

Guests (spouse/significant other - non industry) can register a la carte for certain events, or purchase a full conference guest registration that allows them access to all events (with the exception of the Post Graduate Course).

AACA Sexual Harassment Policy
The AACA believes that each conference attendee should be treated with respect and dignity and that any form of sexual harassment is a violation of human dignity. The AACA condemns sexual harassment and maintains a “zero - tolerance” for sexual harassment. All conference attendees have the right to participate and learn free of sexual harassment. The AACA will take all reasonable efforts to prevent and promptly correct instances of sexual harassment. Any conference attendee who believes himself or herself to be a victim of sexual harassment is encouraged to report the information to the Program Secretary.

Refund Policy
A withdrawing registrant will receive a full refund minus a handling fee equal to 15% of the registration fee until June 12th. From June 12th up to 5 business days before the conference begins (July 10), 75% of the registration fee will be refundable. No refunds will be made later than 5 (June 10th) days before the conference begins. Refund of fees requires an emailed request to chyatt@asginfo.net no later than 5 business days before the start of the conference. Refund requests received prior to the conference may not be processed until after the conference end.
