Bylaws Committee

Article VIII, Section 7

The Bylaws Committee makes recommendations to the Council on amendments to the Bylaws. It consists of five (5) members. The President appoints three members with the approval of the Council. Two (2) additional members will be nominated and elected by the membership at the Annual Business Meeting. Both appointed and elected members will serve for a period of three (3) years. The President will designate one (1) of the five (5) members as the Committee's Chair who will serve in this position for a period of two (2) years. Appointed members will serve for two (2) years, while elected members will serve for three (3) years.
