We are happy to announce that the 2026 AACA Annual Meeting will be held in Rochester, Minnesota at The Mayo Clinic. For the 2026 meeting, we have four hotel options for attendees to select from. Notes: If you are arriving at terminal 2, please make sure you note that on your transportation reservation so that the shuttle will stop for you. Secondly, reservations may state the top of the hour (example: departs at 5pm) for terminal 2 the actual pick up time is 20 minutes prior to the hour (example: 4:40pm for the 5pm). The top of the hour time is for the main terminal, Terminal 1. At either terminal please give yourself, if you have checked luggage, at least 45 minutes to get your luggage and get to the shuttle loading location.
Rochester Shuttle Service in connection with Star Transportation can provide you additional services:
1. If you prefer a private sedan or SUV rental please contact Hank Miller at 507-735-6592 Monday - Friday between 9am-5pm Central Time and he can get it arranged for you with a 20% discount.
2. If you are arriving as a larger group of 14 or more please contact Hank Miller at 507-735-6592 as the overall price of your shuttle in larger groups is more expensive; Hank can get your group a private shuttle and save everyone overall a little. (Example: group of 10 on Shuttle Service = $420. Group of 10-14 in private shuttle = $406.38)
